Teen Camp provides an opportunity for young people with CHD to connect with others experiencing a similar journey, share stories, develop new friendships, try fun activities, build health care skills and increase self-confidence and independence.
Teen Camp NT 2023
Open to NT, Surrounding Islands (e.g Tiwi Islands) and Far North Queensland (e.g Cairns) campers and volunteers
- When:3rd - 6th July 2023
- Where: Darwin, NT
- Who: All heart teens (aged 13 - 17) with a heart condition in Northern Territory, Surrounding Islands (e.g Tiwi Islands) and Far North Queensland (e.g Cairns)
- Cost: FREE! (Includes all flights, transport, accommodation, meals and activities)
