Teen Camp provides an opportunity for young people with CHD to connect with others experiencing a similar journey, share stories, develop new friendships, try fun activities, build health care skills and increase self-confidence and independence.
Teen Camp VIC 2023
Open to VIC, TAS, and SA Campers and Volunteers only!
- When:18th - 21st September 2023
- Where: Grantville, VIC
- Who: All heart teens (aged 13 - 17) with a heart condition in Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia
- Cost: FREE! (Includes all flights, transport, accommodation, meals and activities)

Note: The camp will be operated under strict COVID safe practices to ensure the safety of all campers and volunteers. You must be fully vaccinated to attend Teen Camp.
