In accordance with the HeartKids Limited constitution, we would like to give notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of HeartKids Limited.

Location - via Zoom video/teleconference
At the meeting, Associate Members will have the opportunity to:
• Find out about HeartKids Limited operations and finances
• Ask questions about the operations and finances of HeartKids Limited
• Speak about any items on the agenda.
