Notice of HeartKids' 7th Annual General Meeting

THE 7th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE HEARTKIDS LIMITED 

will be held on Monday 27th November 2023 at 5.00pm via MS Teams 

The following business will be conducted at the Annual General Meeting: 

• Confirmation of the minutes of the HeartKids Annual General Meeting held on November 2022. 
• Chair Address: receive and consider the report of the Chair on the affairs of the company, including Adoption of Heartkids Limited Impact (Annual) Report. 
• Receive and Consider the Financial Report & Directors Report: receive and consider the audited accounts of the Company for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. 
• Acceptance of the Auditors Report.
• Appointment of new Directors.
• Appointment of the Auditor.

At the meeting, Associate Members will have the opportunity to:

• Find out about HeartKid’s operations and finances.
• Ask questions about the operations and finances of HeartKids.
• Speak about any items on the agenda.
