Run or walk, swim or skip but get your heart beating for little hearts this February.

Challenge yourself to run 44 kms this Feb for the 4 children that lose their lives every week to Congenital Heart Disease.

STEP 1: Get ready. Connect your fitness tracker to your fundraising page to track every step.
Don’t have one? If you have a smart phone there are heaps of free fitness apps that track our steps, rides or runs.

STEP 2: Hit it fast. Take it slow. Run solo. Join a team. Go outside. Or jump on the treadmill.

STEP 3: Make it count. Raise much-needed funds, and show your hearts for little hearts across Australia.
