Family Support Coordinator - QLD

We are seeking to appoint a Family Support Coordinator based in Queensland to provide support services to babies, children, teens and adults with congenital (or acquired during childhood) heart disease, and their families.

This position will support the HeartKids QLD and National teams to deliver safe and effective support services in collaboration with health professional from the Queensland Children’s Hospital, clients and other partners. Training and Education Project Coordinator - National position based in Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to coordinate a project focused on the development of a series of accredited, multi-mode delivery modules of education, training, and support programs for health professionals on childhood heart disease.

The role will work with expert groups and individuals, will partner with key stakeholders, and will be responsible for coordinating all elements to deliver on time and ensuring they meet all Department of Health and accreditation criteria.
