National Action Plan

The National Strategic Action Plan for childhood-onset heart disease (CoHD), the first nationally-coordinated effort to address CHD, aims to diminish the impact of childhood heart disease in Australia.

Its goal is to ensure that individuals with CoHD live longer, healthier, and more productive lives by implementing effective management strategies across the life course.
