Lauren is an Exercise Physiologist specialising in paediatrics who has had experience with supporting people with heart transport, through to less severe presentations of CHD requiring some minor monitoring during exercise.
Lauren has her own business – Achieving Abilities – with two other Exercise Physiologists equally passionate about supporting children and young people.
