Biography
Dr Leanne Le Anh Tran is a Melbourne general dentist with more than 23 years of clinical experience caring for children, adults and families.
She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2002 and has undertaken extensive postgraduate education in children’s dentistry, pediatric dental sleep medicine, orthodontics, dentofacial orthopaedics and multidisciplinary approaches to oral and facial development. She has completed postgraduate qualifications including a Master’s degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at University Jaume I in Castellon, Spain.
Leanne has a particular interest in prevention and early intervention in children. Her approach extends beyond treating teeth to considering oral health in the context of facial and jaw development, breathing, sleep, nutrition and general health. She believes that establishing good oral health, healthy habits and positive dental experiences early in life can have benefits that extend well into adulthood.
She is a principal dentist at Central Dental Group, with practices in Elsternwick and Frankston, Victoria.
