Parent Line is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children aged 0 to 18 who live in NSW.
Availability
Our team of trained, professional counsellors are available; 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 4pm to 9pm on weekends.

Parent Line receives calls from parents, carers and professionals who have questions or concerns about a child or young person. Our qualified and caring counsellors can help you whether you are caring for a baby, child or teenager.
