Biography
Dr Aleksandra Lange is a Director of Queensland Cardiovascular Group with special interests in echocardiography, including transthoracic echocardiography, stress echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography, and CT imaging including CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA).
Dr Lange has gained international recognition for her clinical research in congenital and acquired heart disease. Dr Lange graduated with First Class Honours from the Silesian Medical School in Wroclaw, Poland. She completed advanced cardiology training at the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. She was awarded the postgraduate degree of Doctor of Medicine by the University of Edinburgh for her thesis ‘Three-Dimensional Echocardiography for the Assessment of Congenital and Acquired Heart Disease’.
