HeartKids NSW Family Christmas Party Registration
This is a free, capped event for New South Wales heart kids and members of their immediate household.
To ensure we can welcome as many HeartKids families as possible while staying within the venue capacity, registrations are limited to those living within the Heart Kid’s household.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate extended family members or additional guests at this event.
Registration is essential and places are limited.
This form will be closed off on the 18th of November 2026 or once capacity has been met.
