This tax time, HeartKids is seeking to raise $100,000 to keep the HeartKids Helpline available for the full financial year.

For many families, our Helpline is the first point of call following a diagnosis, an uncertain and challenging time for any parent.

Wherever families are across Australia, including in regional and remote communities, the HeartKids Helpline connects them directly to our team. From there, they will receive practical help and trusted, lived-experience informed information, with support available at every stage of the journey.

A First Point Of Call When It Matters Most

A diagnosis of childhood-onset heart disease can bring fear, uncertainty and a lot of questions.

The HeartKids Helpline gives families and individuals a clear place to turn. It connects people with practical support, trusted information, relevant resources and the wider HeartKids team when they need it most.

It is often the beginning of an ongoing relationship with HeartKids, making it possible to stay connected through diagnosis, surgery admissions, recovery, starting school and the milestones that follow.
