HeartKids SA Christmas Party Registration
This is a free, capped event for South Australian heart kids and members of their immediate household.
To ensure we can welcome as many HeartKids families as possible while staying within the venue capacity, registrations are limited to those living within the Heart Kid’s household.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate extended family members or additional guests at this event.
Registration is essential and places are limited.
This form will be closed off once capacity has been met.
