Two Feet & A Heartbeat is HeartKids’ annual community walk, bringing thousands of heart kids, heart adults, families, friends and supporters together across Australia each October.
We walk to remember every heart story, celebrate every milestone, honour those we carry forever in our hearts, and raise vital funds to support people impacted by childhood-onset heart disease.
Registration includes:
- Access to your local HeartKids event
- 2026 Two Feet & A Heartbeat bandana
- Personal online fundraising page
- Participant resources and fundraising toolkit
- Option to purchase our new I Walked with HeartKids wristband for just $5 to wear your support with pride.
Note: You can collect your bandana and/or wristband on event day or choose to have it posted to you (postage costs apply).
Registration is required to participate in the walk.
Online registrations close on 10 October 2026. We encourage everyone to register online before the event, as only a limited number of registration packs will be available for on-the-day registrations.

Enjoy a beautiful coastal walk with our community, then stay for a fun-filled morning of family activities in our brave heart garden- a place where every seed planted represents hope, strength, resilience and the incredible journey of children living with congenital heart disease.

Bring a picnic lunch, blanket or chair, and enjoy the pre and post walk activities.
Bereaved families are invited to bring a photo of their Heart Angel for our memorial table as we honour their memory.
