Wes McDougall
Racing Engineer
Wes is a heart kid and had his first surgery and three weeks. He started in motorsport with Borland Racing Developments as a junior engineer in 1995 whilst still at high school. In 2021, Wes moved to the prestigious Triple Eight Race Engineering team, where he was Jamie Whincup's final full time race engineer culminating in multiple wins, poles and podiums. Several years ago, Wes had his second surgery as an adult. Wes set up The Complete Race Driver in early 2023.
