Two Feet & A Heartbeat

October 2026

Two Feet & A Heartbeat is HeartKids’ annual community walk, bringing thousands of heart kids, heart adults, families, friends and supporters together across Australia each October.

We walk to remember every heart story, celebrate every milestone, honour those we carry forever in our hearts, and raise vital funds to support people impacted by childhood-onset heart disease.

About Two Feet & A Heartbeat

Every day, around eight babies are born in Australia with a heart condition. HeartKids supports children, teenagers, adults and families impacted by childhood-onset heart disease throughout their lives.

Two Feet & A Heartbeat brings our community together to remember, celebrate, connect and support one another.

We walk for the heart kids showing incredible courage every day. We walk in honour of those we have lost and carry forever in our hearts. We walk beside every child, teenager and adult living with childhood-onset heart disease, and the families who share that journey.

Because once you’re a heart family, you’re always a heart family. Once a heart parent, always a heart parent. Once a heart kid, always a heart kid — whether you’re 7, 17 or 70.
